Hi girls

So, I'll get right to it.  Cathy is our hostess with the mostest this week and she's chosen this gorgeous sketch for you.
You can flip it or rotate it, but we must be able to see the  sketch in your creation
for you to be eligible for the prize.
Please make sure you follow our rules girls as last week some of you had to be disqualified which is such a shame:(

Our sponsor this week is

I've used the gorgeous Angelica from Inky Impressions for my card.  How cute is she pulling her sled full of presents?

I've coloured as always with me copics, papers are First Edition, ribbon and eyelets are from me stash.  Oh, and the sentiments was pc generated.
So, that's my effort for this week girls.  Do play along  as we love to see your creations.

Show a little love

Morning girls
Gosh it's a cold one out there.  I've just been out to the bin  and as well as still being dark it's freezing!!!
So here I am cuppa in hand to warm me up to show you my first card of the day.
It's a new challenge on Polka Doodles and this week the lovely Lana has chosen our theme.

SHOW US THE LOVE / USE HEARTS ON YOUR PROJECT

Now, although I've used hearts on me card it's not your typical valentine card.

As you can see I've not used the traditional reds and pinks but have instead gone for these gorgeous blue papers from the Sundae of Seasons CD.  You'll find them in the spring collection.
I then matted a beautiful heart doiley given to me by Elaine me blogging buddy and cut the other heart and the little fence with my cricut.  Next came the lovely Piper from the Pretty Sweet CD, isn't she pretty coloured with the blue tones.  Love how she's sitting on the fence thinking of her sweetheart lol.
Can you see the gorgeous leaves on my hand made flower?  They're polyurethane and just tinged with blue and no more. I've had them for ever in me stash and couldn't bring myself to use them as the little bead shop I bought them from in Turkey isn't there now (sob) but they do set the flower off beautifully.
So there's my effort girls, do pop over to the challenge blog to see some more great creations from my teamies and don't forget we'd love you to play along
