Less Is More

Hi girls
Finally I've managed to get me card sorted for the Less Is More challenge this week which is to add a touch of red.
I'm really pleased with this one:)  I think I've finally achieved something that looks pretty and elegant too.
I faffed about for ages before I was happy with how it looked.  Who'd ever have though printing straight onto your card could take so long!!!
The image and sentiment are both from a new kit to be realeased on 8th April from
You're getting a little sneaky peep so don't tell Tracey  She really has pushed the boat out with this one.  Gorgeous black, white and grey papers and some fabulous sentiments and images so put the date in your diary girls:)

Did you all have a lovely relaxing time yesterday?  Hopefully you got some lovely crafty gifts for Mother's Day.  Both my children bought me sets of nesties after some very big hints were dropped lol.

One for the boys

Morning girls
What's with this weather??  We'd torrents of rain, gale force winds then sunshine late afternoon here in Glasgow yesterday.  I'm hoping it's better today as I'm off out for a while but I'd better take me brolly just incase:(  Talk about spring, it's more like winter here still!!!
Anyway, enough ranting, we've a great challenge for you this week on Totally Papercrafts ladies, I just know you'll love it!!! (NOT)
It's the dreaded theme
ONE FOR THE BOYS

and we're sponsored by the lovely Susie Sugar of Die Cut Dreams

Now, I know we all hate those male themed cards but, I had great fun with this one.  The stamps were in me parcel from Sparkle n Sprinkle last week and I knew straight away what I'd be doing with them.
Take a look at the cheeky face on this little monkey:)  He's called Rusty and as well as building his birdhouse he's also a keen gocarter, or as we called it a guidy!!!  It really is a brilliant set.  It's the wee extras like the saw and nails, oh and a catty (who remembers them) and a spinning top plus some fab sentiments

Coloured as usual with my copics, papers are K & Co
So, there you have it.  Don't forget to drop by me lovely teamies for some more fandabiedozie cards and it would be even better if you played along

challenges:
The Paper Variety - 123 - (1 image, 2 papers, 3 embellies)
Creative Card Crew - for a child
Stamping Vacation - squares and circles
Simply Create - Do It Yourself
