A forum challenge

Good morning girls
What's happened to all the lovely sunshine??? We had torrential rain last night and it looks like we just may get some more today. The sky is grey and heavy looking. I hope this is not the end of our summer.
We've a challenge over on the forum where we'd to follow a page map this week. As you know I'm quite partial to a sketch or two. Makes life so much easier doesn't it? Anyway, this is my take on it.
Papers, well they've been in my stash for soooooooooooo long I don't know who made them, just as well our customers don't know the latest bits and bobs lol. Everything was cut with my cricut, it's been a while since I've done that but it's a nice change from the stamps and colouring.
Thanks for looking

Pretty in Pink

Good afternoon girlies

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed this wonderful weather we've been having.
I've spent the greatest part of it in the garden hence no blogging or crafting done at all.
So it was back with a vengeance last night as I've a few orders needing done so though I'd follow a few challenges along the way.
This gorgeous stamped image was sent to me by me forum buddy Georgie, thanks mate.
She's stunning isn't she? In fact the whole set of them are. I can't remember who makes them but for anyone who's interested there is a post further back on me blog with the name. The papers are from Imagenence and everything else is from me ever growing stash.
Now for the challenges, I've managed three this time, clever blogger that I am lol
Charisma Cards - buttons
Friday Sketchers- follow the sketch.
The Next Level - buttons & bows
Thanks for stopping by

Blogger problems

Is anyone having problems leaving comments??
Since yesterday some of the blogs I visit haven't been loading properly ie - no publish post buttons among other things.
With this and the fact that some blogs just refuse to open at all it's all becoming a right pain in the you know what.
So girls, accept my apologies if I've not been around for a few days, I'm not ignoring you all:)

Faeries and Butterflys

Good morning girls

Are you all enjoying the hot weather? Here in Glasgow it's been very humid and muggy these past few days making for quite an uncomfortable time. We're never happy are we?
This little cutie was last nights effort. Do you ever make a card and think. 'Yes, I'm pleased as punch with that one!' That's how I felt when I finished this one, for once what was in my head transferred to the card without any problems. Better still it covers four challenges!!! It's been a while since I managed that.
These gorgeous papers are from Funky Fairies Funky Garden collection, the image is from the new Pixie range at Charmed Crafts and Cards and the brads are from me stash. All finished of with a beautiful quote from James Mathew Barrie and some stickles.

quote: Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others, cannot keep it from themselves

1. Dotties World - sunshine. This can be a quote, an image or a shape

2. Papertake Weekly - sketch

3. Digital Tuesday - summertime
4. Cute Card Thursday - a stitch in time

Funky Fairies time again

Happy Wednesday girls,
Can you believe it's July already? The months just seem to be flying by don't they? As long as all this lovely weather stays I'll be a happy bunny.
Are you all ready for another challenge over on Funky Fairies? I hope so, as it's a lovely summery one this week.
We'd love to see your creations with a beach theme. You can make anything at all provided you use some of the gorgeous papers and images from the Funky Fairies range. Remember too that Shaz has loads of beautiful freebies on the inspirational blog to help get you started on our challenges.
So, if you want to win one of the yummy downloads from the shop get crafting girls and post those entries on your blog for us to come visit.
For my card I used the Dots are Distressing range. I cut all the elements with my cricut expression and added some stickles for a bit of sparkle, a couple of nice shiney brads and some ribbon with a wee shell button to finish it off. Easy peasy, and I tell lies too lol if the truth be told I was stumped this week but I know all you lovely crafters out there will do a wonderful job and look I am already looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.
Hugs
