Wow, I managed 3 challenges

Hi girls
I hope your all having a good start to the weekend. It's not so nice here this morning but at least the fore casted showers haven't arrived. The sun is trying to peep through but there's a chilly wind so will go off to work happy knowing I'm not missing out on the sunshine.
This card is one of a few I need for family birthdays this month and I've been lucky enough to cover three challenges with it.

1. Friday Sketchers - as it says on the tin, follow the sketch.

2. The Secret Crafter - Bling
3. Charisma Cards - Colur combo of pink and brown

The image is one of my favourites from Charmed Crafts and Cards and the papers are Anne Griffin, ribbons and bling are all from my stash.

Simples!!!

How cute is this image from Sandra Dry I just love it!!
I actually coloured him for a card my daughter wanted for her soon to be 3 year old Godson but I printed him a little big so used him for Dad's Father's Day card instead.
Once I'd searched the net for the correct colouring of Alex from meerkat.com I knew that the old faithfull Costco papers would be a good match and sure enough I was right! That doesn't happen too often either:)
No doubt my next card will be the same image as I've still the original one to get done asap so let's see what else I can come up with for this fabby image

We're at Challenge 19 already

Can you believe that??? It's 18 weeks since the Funky Fairies challenges began and boy have I had fun!

This week we've a recipe for you. Simple, easy as 1, 2, 3, except there are 4 lol

1 x ribbon

2 x flowers

3 x buttons

4 x papers

So, what will you make from that little lot I wonder? Myself and the other girls will have fun finding out when we visit your blogs:)

I've altered a Pringles tin this week, papers are from Just A Bit 2 and 4, everything else is from my stash. Now all I need is the pennies to save for the cocktails!

Don't forget you must have at least one FF paper or image on your project and we do ask that you don't combine this challenge with any others out there in blog land. Remember too that Shaz has some fabulous freebies over on the inspirational blog if you've not already purchased some of the scrummy papers from the shop.

I'm home and a Birthday wish

Hi girls
That's my holiday over for another couple of months and I'm sooooooooooooo glad that I've come home to this wonderful sunshine. I hope it lasts, I always feel so much better when the sun is shining. I'll post a couple of pics over the next few days, just to make you all a little jealous lol

Anyway, today the very talented Funky Fairy Shaz is celebrating her birthday. I'm sorry to say I didn't know before I left for Turkey so apologies Shaz for the lack of a card from me but I do hope you have a lovely day.

Girls, for those of you who don't know it Shaz is the designer of all the yummy Funky Fairies papers which she gives freely on the inspirational blog and today, to celebrate her birthday she is very generously giving 40% discount on everything in the shop too:) I hope you'll all visit her blog at some point today to wish her a very Happy Birthday.
